Over the last 30 days, the Alameda County market was healthy with 1,360 homes sold, a 2.1% increase from last week's report. In comparison, nearby Santa Clara County had 1,365 sales in the same time frame, the most of all neighboring counties. The median sales price of all transactions in Alameda County did not budge this week, remaining at $725,000. The rising sales and a low one month of inventory point to Alameda County being a solid seller's market.
