Alameda County Real Estate Market Sees Home Sales Decline | Published: 6/22/2016 | Homesnap Real...

While home sales in the Alameda County market have been above average, in this week's report they dropped 3.9% to 1,296 homes sold over the last 30 days. On the other hand, close-by Santa Clara County registered 1,382 home sales in the same period, the most of all surrounding counties. Prices are falling in Alameda County, and this period the median price of all sales fell from $740,000 to $737,100. With only one month of inventory to sell, Alameda County is a strong seller's market, in spite of the dip in sales.
